Day-Wise Itinerary
Day 1 : Saturday – Welcome Aboard in Mumbai
- Arrive at Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (Fort Area) by 3:30 PM.
- Traditional welcome and check-in for your journey through Maharashtra’s royal landscapes.
- Settle into your elegant cabin aboard the Deccan Odyssey.
- Depart Mumbai as the train sets off toward Nashik.
- Enjoy a delectable dinner onboard and your first night on this opulent train.
Day 2 : Sunday – Sacred Nashik & Sula Vineyards
- Begin your day in Nashik, known for its religious heritage and vineyards.
- Walk along the sacred Godavari Ghats witnessing Hindu rituals in motion.
- Explore vibrant local markets filled with spices, seafood, flowers, and more.
- Visit the famous Sula Vineyards for a guided tour and wine tasting experience.

Day 3 : Monday – Ellora Caves & Aurangabad

- Drive to the UNESCO-listed Ellora Caves – 34 rock-cut temples dedicated to Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain faiths.

Train Tour Cost Includes

Booking Procedure
- Check Availability: Provide the date of journey and cabin type required.
- Booking Process: Submit passport copies of all passengers.

Payment Terms:
- A 30% advance deposit of the published ticket price is required to confirm the booking.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer credit or debit card..
- The balance payment must be received at least 70 days before departure.
- For bookings made less than 70 days before departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Rules
- Minimum 15% cancellation fee on the published ticket value inclusive of taxes (and not on the discounted rate offered) if the cancellation request is received more than 62 days prior to the tour departure.
- Minimum 25% cancellation fee on the published ticket value (inclusive of taxes) if the cancellation request is received between 47 to 61 days prior to the tour departure.
- Minimum 55% cancellation fee on the published ticket value (inclusive of taxes) if the cancellation request is received between 32 to 46 days prior to the tour departure.
- No refund is permitted if the cancellation request is received less than 32 days prior to the tour departure.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by us.
- If the Train Tour Operator cancels the scheduled departure for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
- No refund will be issued if the guest fails to follow the scheduled itinerary, shortens their journey, or is unable to obtain an Indian visa.
- In case of a medical emergency, supporting medical records will be reviewed by the Train Management, and their decision will be final.
- If a refund is applicable, Royal Indian Trains reserves the right to deduct USD 100 per person as bank processing fees.
- Refunds will be processed based on the Indian Rupees exchange value received at the time of payment.
Important
- The scheduled train tour departure is subject to a minimum booking of 25 passengers.
- All foreign passport holders must obtain an Indian visa before boarding their flight from their country of residence.
- Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance in their home country prior to departure.
- Any disputes, if arising, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in NCR Delhi (Gurgaon), India.
