Day 1: Saturday – Depart Mumbai

Day 2: Sunday – Ellora Caves & Daulatabad Fort

Train Tour Cost Includes
- Overnight travel onboard train in the comfort of richly furnished private A/C sleeping chambers with ensuite bathrooms.

Booking Terms & Conditions
- The booking will be confirmed on the receipt of 30% advance deposit of published ticket value
- Balance 70% payment must reach us at least 70 days before the departure date with the reservation form
- In case booking request is made less than 70 days of the departure date, we will require a one-time full advance deposit to confirm booking.
- Prices are subject to vary in the event that the itinerary is altered or if there are additional costs, such as fuel or taxes
- Deccan Odyssey Train Tour is Jointly OPERATED by Tourism Department of Maharashtra State Govt & The Royal Journeys (A unit of Ebix Cash)
- Liability of Royal Indian Trains is limited to that of booking agent only
Booking Procedure

Provide the date of journey and cabin type required.

Booking Process:
Submit passport copies of all passengers.

Payment Terms:

A 30% advance deposit of the published ticket price is required to confirm the booking.

Payment can be made via bank transfer credit or debit card..

The balance payment must be received at least 70 days before departure.

For bookings made less than 70 days before departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Rules
- The Deccan Odyssey Train Tour is operated through a joint collaboration between the Tourism Department of Maharashtra Government and Ebix Cash (Private Tour Operator).
- Royal Indian Trains acts solely as a booking agent and holds no operational liability.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by us.
Cancellation Fees
- More than 63 days before departure: 10% of the published ticket value (inclusive of taxes).
- 62 to 48 days before departure: 20% of the published ticket value.
- 47 to 33 days before departure: 50% of the published ticket value.
- Less than 33 days before departure: 100% of the published ticket value (inclusive of taxes).
Special Cancellation & Refund Conditions
- If the the Train Tour Operator cancels the scheduled departure for any reason, afull refundwill be provided
- No refund will be issued if:
- The guest fails to follow the scheduled itinerary or shortens their journey.
- The guest is unable to obtain an Indian visa.
- In case of a medical emergency, supporting medical records will be reviewed by the Train Management, and their decision will be final.
- If a refund is applicable, Royal Indian Trains reserves the right to deduct USD 100 per person as bank processing fees.
- Refunds will be processed based on the Indian Rupees exchange value received at the time of payment.
Important
- The scheduled train tour departure is subject to a minimum booking of 25 passengers.
- All foreign passport holders must obtain an Indian visa before boarding their flight from their country of residence.
- Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance in their home country prior to departure.
- Any disputes, if arising, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in NCR Delhi (Gurgaon), India.
